Good News Ticket and Read-a-thon!

Congratulations to the very first set of winners for this school year!  The winners are:  Averi, Joseph, and Nick!  Keep up the good work!

 Coming to a school near you!  On October 27 our whole school will engage in a read-a-thon for the afternoon.  Students will be allowed to bring pillows, blankets, stuffed animals, etc. so that they may enjoy an afternoon of reading.  Pledge sheets were sent home on Friday so that students may have the opportunity to approach their relatives during the long Thanksgiving weekend.  Our school goal is to raise $20 per student.  At an assembly on Friday, incentives were announced.  We will plan some for our class as well.  We are also looking for guest readers.  If anyone has any connections to someone who would be interested, please let us know!
