iclimb and Math

Attention Grade 7 students and parents:  As you know, I sent home forms recently regarding our iclimb field trip that will be happening on Wednesday.  At the time, there were two white pages that were stapled together and an orange permission form.  It is imperative that all the necessary documentation be returned to me by Tuesday.  The orange form is the school board permission form that grants permission for students to leave the building on the bus.  The white form contains a parent release form (at the top of the pledge form) that must be completed by a parent.  This will grant the child permission to participate in the climb.  The only money that needs to come to school is the $20.  That is your child's pledge and "entrance fee" to the event.  If you wish to collect additional funds, feel free to do so.  Income tax receipts will be issued to anyone contributing more than $10, so fill in the necessary information for the receipt on the pledge form.  If you discarded the white form, please download one from the United Way website, complete it and send it in with your child.  Click here for the form.
