Brain Activity and Attitude!

Image result for negativityDo you know someone who tends to focus on the negative side of just about everything?  I'm referring to a "glass half empty" type of person.  Research now shows that people who tend to focus on the negative create pathways in their brains that are hardwired to continue in a negative vein.  If you would like to read more about this and get some tips on how to avoid this, click here to read more.

As we continue to reel from Tuesday's United States election results, we had the opportunity to reflect on our predictions yesterday.  We voted twice:  one for the way we predicted the American citizens would vote, and the other was who we would vote for if we could.  By very close margins, we predicted that Hilary Clinton would win.  Unfortunately, we were just as wrong as political analysts and those who conduct exit polls.  Good luck to our neighbours and allies!
