Enjoy the day, while your teachers are hard at work!
See you Monday!
While assessing our class's independent math work (constructing triangles) during first recess yesterday, I discovered that the quality of work was quite inferior for the most part. Therefore I did not feel that we were ready to move on to quadrilaterals. As a result I had to make up some questions on the spot that I assigned for more independent practice. I will post them here, so that there is no confusion since we did not use questions from the textbook.

Constructing Angles Part 3
Use appropriate
math tools to assist with each question.
Consult the anchor charts on the website as needed.
1. Construct
ΔBED with BD=3cm, BE=4cm, DE=4cm. Measure
all angles then find the sum.
2. Construct ΔPAL with PL=75mm, LA=30mm,
AP=80mm. Measure all angles then find
the sum.
3. Construct ΔSKY with <SKY=90°, <KYS=40°, <YSK=50°.
