Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences and Math

Image result for parent teacher student conferencesYesterday I stapled a note in each student's agenda with information regarding the parent/teacher/student conferences that will be held next Wednesday November 18 from 4-7 PM.  This event will be in direct response to the progress report that will be given to each student on Monday November 16.  Please be aware that there are only 18 ten minute time slots on Wednesday evening, so I am unable to see every family at that time.  Therefore, I have requested only those families that I feel a need to discuss something with, either positive or negative.  If I have been in regular contact with you via notes in the agenda, meetings, and/or phone calls, then likely I do not need to meet with you again at this time.  If I have not requested to see you, you can certainly opt to sign up for a conference anyway.  Please follow the instructions on the note and select one conference time only.  Thank you in advance.

Five bottles of pop costs $5.55.  At this rate, how much would seven bottles cost?  Solve this problem using the steps of problem solving.  This is due Tuesday November 17 at 8:10 AM
