Please support me as I encourage our class to eat healthy morning snacks, which is part of our health curriculum. As they know, cookies, chocolate pudding, granola bars with chocolate in or on them, cake, chips/cheezies, etc. do not qualify as healthy snacks. I encourage the students to consume those types of things after eating their lunch, as dessert. We have been receiving our snack bin each morning for quite some time now, and we always have fruit, vegetables, crackers, hummus with pitas, etc. Some other great ideas are cheese and crackers, yogurt, healthy muffin (again not chocolate), banana bread, bagel, olives/pickles. Thank you for your support in this manner. Speaking about health.... here we are working on our projects!
