What a Day!

As you make final preparations for tomorrow's math test, please remember that we are not required to work with reflex angles, as per the grade six math curriculum.  Therefore, we will only recognize, draw, and measure angles of 180 degrees or less.  We will not worry about concave and convex polygons, as found in our textbook.  The students are expected to know what regular and irregular figures are.  Other than that, the rest of the material in unit three will appear on the test.  Please do not forget to bring a ruler, protractor, and compass to class as these tools will be necessary for the test.

Today in gym we experimented with a large parachute.  Ask your child about it!

Today our class also enjoyed a treat.  To celebrate Miss O's birthday, we enjoyed chocolate cupcakes with vanilla icing and sprinkles.
Don't forget that we will visit the Book Fair tomorrow, so if you plan on purchasing something, bring your money!
