Guest Speaker: Patrick George

This afternoon the grade six to eight classes were treated to a presentation by motivational speaker Patrick George.  This was our way to kick off Bully Awareness Week which is next week.  Mr. George emphasized the importance of supporting each other, not putting anyone down, and believing in yourself (not letting the "Dream Assassins" win).  He was very entertaining and gave a powerful message.  Check out the photos.

                     

Yesterday Literacy evaluations were returned to the students and today math evaluations were returned.  Please return them to school, signed by a parent on Monday.  Also, parent-teacher interview request forms went home today.  If I haven't requested an interview, but you would like one, please return the completed form by Tuesday.  All time requests are due then, so that I may make a schedule.  Progress Reports will go home on Monday.
