Science Inquiry

Today we began our Biodiversity strand in Science.  After a brief introduction of the learning goals of the unit and some subject-specific vocabulary, the students were asked to work individually, then as a group to craft questions related to this topic.  We will work toward answering those in the coming weeks.  





 Our class also did a great job of working with a partner to brainstorm lists of living things (organisms) and non-living things. Check out the photos!









I am also pleased to report that I am seeing daily improvement in our students' ability to correctly complete the problem solving process in math.  They really are working diligently to do the best work that they can - and that is all that I can ask for!  Keep up the great work!
