 Congratulations to all of those students who completed last week's question on time.  Unfortunately six students did not do so and had to use recess to complete it.  The correct answer was:  Sandra pays $60 and her mom pays $150.

Here is the next and LAST question for this year.  It is due Tuesday May 24 at 8:10 AM.  This will be right after the long weekend, so don't forget to get it done on time (or early!).



The rates for Internet use offered by three companies are shown below.

• Company A:  $6.00 for every 90 minutes of use
• Company B:  $2.75 for every 45 minutes of use
• Company C:  $3.00 for every 60 minutes of use

Which company offers the lowest rate per minute?  Justify your thinking.  (*hint- try to use work that we have been doing in unit 10 to solve this problem)
