Blog Math

Image result for doughnutsCongratulations is extended to the students who submitted their proportional reasoning question on time.  Six students did not, however, and had to use recess to complete it.  The correct answer to last week's question was three dozen doughnuts will cost $18.  There was a much better effort by most students to use the steps of problem solving.  There are still some students that put the dollar sign after the numbers (which is incorrect) and some who are still reversing the order of the factors in a multiplication number sentence.  Please check to see if that was you and correct this communication error ASAP.

Here is the latest question.  It is due on Tuesday February 23 at 8:10 AM.  Please copy the question on a lined piece of binder paper, solve it using the steps of problem solving, and place it in the IN BOX with your name on it.
