Staff Sergeant Mizuno worked with us yesterday afternoon.  We had a great discussion about personal values, societal values, standards, and rules.  We realized that it is easy to attach many different values to various tasks and that people consider different values important.  She also shared the seven values that the Windsor Police Service considers important to them.  Thanks for a great discussion!  

Did you realize that we have a literacy evaluation on the horizon?  We are coming to the end of our unit and we have been doing literacy centres for the last few days.  Please check our class calendar, and use the anchor charts on the website to guide your review.  For this task, the students will be reading a suspense narrative and answering a variety of questions (open response and multiple choice) based on the lessons that were taught and practised during the unit.
