Results and the Need for Speed!

 Please note that the next question will be due on March 23, because of the March Break.  Of course, you can do it this week and submit it before the break as well.  You might even want to do it in the car if you are going on a road trip next week!  Have fun!



A car travels a total of 270 km in 3 hours.  At that rate, what is the mean speed per hour?  At that rate, how far will they have travelled if they continue driving for another 1.5 hours?  Justify your thinking.
