Science is Happening Here!

This week we have finally been able to secure enough technology to work on our collaborative slide show presentations.  Each student will receive a science mark and a media literacy mark for their work.  They have been asked to research an organism of their choice, and teach the rest of the class about it.  They are allowed to use print materials as well as the internet as long as they keep track of the resources they use so that they can create a list of resources.  Pictured here is the success criteria that I have based the rubric on.  Check out photos of research and planning!
