In health we have been learning about the function of our cardiovascular system and the connection between that and the respiratory system. In order to see how physical (aerobic) activity will condition our heart, we are participating in "Vita Parcours" in gym class. We have already measured our resting heart rate and our aerobic target zone. On Friday we did a warm-up, our vita parcours, recorded our heart rate, completed a cool down and recorded our recovery rate. We will continue to track our progress over the next several weeks.
