What are the Chances?

We have been continuing our work on probability, by continuing to compare theoretical and experimental probability.  We are seen here conducting our fork experiment.  Please check the "Tree Diagram" anchor chart on the Anchor Chart Library page of this site.  Many students are still confused about when to use them, and how to set them up.  Please note that our evaluation is Friday.
With the nice weather upon us, Mr. Marenchin has reminded us of our dress code and the appropriate styles that are allowed at school.  Shorts must be "walking shorts" that fall in the range of the knee area.  Shirts must have short sleeves (NO TANK TOPS) and cannot have any transparent/translucent features to them (lace is not appropriate).  Leggings are also not appropriate.  Shoes must be closed-toed for outdoors.  We continue to wear our indoor shoes in the classroom.
Thank you in advanced for your cooperation!
One final reminder that there is a literacy evaluation tomorrow.  Again, please check the anchor charts on the Anchor Chart Library page of this site for a review.  The skills that we have worked on during this unit are:  questioning (reading strategy), prefixes, dashes, text features, conjunctions.  Please review all previous word study topics as well, especially parts of speech.  There will be multiple choice questions as well as open response inferencing questions.  Best of luck!
