Catholic Education Week Continues

Today we celebrated our Catholic Education Week mass, hosted by Mrs. Marras's grade two class.  We are truly lucky to be able to publicly share our faith and be able to participate in the sacraments.

Our work involving area and perimeter continued today with our class discovering the formula for calculating the area of a triangle.  The latest upgrade to the area anchor chart has been posted for your use.

Don't forget that tomorrow we will be participating in Zumba with Heather - the same instructor that led us earlier this year.  Tomorrow we will also participate in Deskercize with the Holy Names High School leadership students.  As a result, please dress in comfortable clothing appropriate for this activity - skinny jeans will not work tomorrow.
                                             

Finally, tomorrow is the final day to donate pennies to our Social Justice club as they work to provide clean water to the citizens of Haiti.
