Our class is in the middle of a computer graphing assignment that will be evaluated. We are using the software called Appleworks 6 to create spreadsheets, bar graphs, line graphs, and scatter plots. The students are also being asked to analyze their graphs and the data in the attempt to detect bias. Finally, they will be calculating the central tendency of data they used and deciding which average is the best for the set of data. These are being done completely at school, and should wrap up by the end of math class on Thursday.
