These toys are "beary" cute (and "beary"soft)! Do you know how you would earn a chance to win one of them? Each time a student donates a toiletry item, cash donation of $5, or a toy item, they earn a ballot (notice the ballot box to the left of the bears). Tickets will be drawn before Christmas so that the winners and stuffed animals may have a "beary" Merry Christmas! Are you able to donate?
Did you know that you can collect newspapers and donate them to the Humane Society as a community service project? For every 2.5 cm (one inch) of newspapers collected, you earn one hour of community service. The papers must be opened and stacked that way, and cannot include ads such as Zehrs, Wal-Mart, etc. They are used to line the cages of the animals and must be changed daily, if not more often.
