More Good News and Progress Reports

Congratulations to last week's Good News ticket winners:  Logan and Tori!  Keep up the great work!

Last week in math we used interlocking cubes to understand how to build objects, then transfer their image onto isometric dot paper in 3-D, and their various views onto grid paper.

Each student's progress report is going home today.    They have created some written comments based on this report.  Please read and review this with them, then sign and return the bottom portion of the last page only with the envelope. Please keep all of the mark and comment pages at home.

There is a math test scheduled for Wednesday of this week.  Please note that we will not be doing any work regarding reflex angles (angles larger than 180 degrees) because they are not in our grade six curriculum.  Otherwise, we followed the lessons in the textbook for unit three.
