Good News and More Good News

Congratulations to those students who won last week's Good News ticket draw:  Connor, Hannah, Isaac, David, Matt, and Andrea.  Keep up the good work!

Congratulations to the WOW winners for the month of October:  Logan, Katarina, Karissa, and Helena.  The theme was hard work and dedication.  Keep it up!

During our assembly on Friday, we has a visit from two members of the Windsor Spitfires:  Slater Doggett (right) and Sam Povorozniouk (left).  Some lucky classmates were able to eat lunch with them too!

Thank you very much to all of the families that sent in so many delicious Hallowe'en treats to share.  Many sent in dairy free and nut free options.  That was very considerate of you.  We certainly enjoyed them and the fun in the afternoon.  After the dance, we made our own bingo cards and played Spooky Bingo.

Don't forget that we are having our Literacy Evaluation for unit 2 tomorrow.  It will follow a similar format as unit one.  Please note that as we move forward, the students will be responsible for all conventions items (word study, grammar, punctuation, etc.) since these items build on each other.
