Extending our Understanding by Making Connections

We have continued to work on making higher level connections that do not retell our schema.  This is still a struggle for some.  Please ensure that your child is practising that at home during their daily reading. A strategy that we have been using in our class is using Post-it notes as a flag while reading.  If you have that resource at home, try it there too!
