Adverbs

This week we have been working diligently to review the parts of speech that all grade sixes should know already:  nouns (proper and common), verbs (active, passive, and helping), adjectives, and adverbs.  We eagerly used a cute mentor text, pictured here to get our "juices flowing".

Did you know that Tori found some abandoned bunnies on school property earlier this week?  She and her family acted responsibly when they called the Humane Society, then immediately brought the rodents to a veterinarian.  Look at how adorable they are!  Thankfully "some bunny" showed leadership in this matter!
