It's a Wrap and VIP!

Since our class has a difficult time returning signed items promptly, the students will not be receiving their Religion, Math, or Literacy evaluations until after the March Break. They have been shown their marks, however, so feel free to inquire about them!

On Thursday we attended our latest VIP session.  Sergeant Mizuno brought Officer Kyle Hardy from the Border Services with her.  He spoke about the fact that crossing the border into the United States is a privilege - not a right.  He also connected his job with our topic of drug.  He  told us why dogs are used for searches, how they are trained, and then he introduced us to Zora.  We even got to watch as she found some hidden pseudo-drugs.  Each student received a fridge magnet also.  Check it out!
