Problem Solving

Today our class worked in groups to try to solve problems in math with less assistance from me.  We had varying degrees of success.  We have lots of work to do in this area!  An area of difficulty is interpreting what the question means.  This is known as math literacy.  We are also beginning to understand how to make our thinking visible.
