Concern and many Signatures

Yesterday I found some over-the-counter medication on the floor near our classroom and lockers.  It is shown here.
This is a friendly reminder that students are NEVER allowed to bring any type of medication to school and administer it themselves since they are not yet 18 years old.  If a student requires medication while at school, either a parent may deliver it to them through the office or a proper medication form must be filled out by the parent, then a member of the school staff will administer it.  As you can see, this has fallen out of someone's belongings and could easily fall into the wrong hands.  If this medication belongs to a family from my class and you want it back, please contact me and we will make arrangements for you to get it back safely.  Thank you for your cooperation in this manner.
Image result for parent signatureIn the last week or so, many evaluations have been sent home for a parent signature and many items have not been returned.  Here is a list so that you may check on the status with your child:  SWYK/EUR chapter 7 (math), chapter 7 math test, Religion summative, Chester POV reading evaluation, and today the health project rubric was returned.  In addition, grade seven students need to get signatures on the following geography items:  ch 2 vocabulary, Detroit River Drainage map, ch 3 vocab, ch 4 vocab, and ch 2 and 3 test.  Their mark for their research project is posted on the work in our Google classroom.  Please check there.  Thank you in advance.
