Oral Presentations and Group Work
On Wednesday each student (that completed their homework) presented their Treasure Box contents to the class, trying hard to meet the success criteria that was established by the class in advance. After each presentation, our peers had the opportunity to offer each presenter a "star" and a "wish". In the process, we learned two new very important words. Here they are. Ask your child(ren) to explain them to you.
We have been doing a variety of group work activities. Here are some photos highlighting what we have done so far. Ask your child(ren) about these activities.
Don't forget that many things are due on Friday (tomorrow):
- Learning About You (parent homework)
- Good News Ticket
- $8 for the agenda
- Internet/photo consent form for those who received them
Has your child(ren) been reading at least 20 minutes daily since learning about this expectation on Tuesday? If so, parents, please jot a note in their agenda, on the Friday September 11 area stating this fact. Thank you so much in advance!
