WOW!!! For the first time in a very long time, every students that was in attendance yesterday handed in their blog math assignment.  Keep up the great work!

The answer to last week's question is that parking lot "B" is more full because 24/40=6/10 (lot A) and 56/80=7/10 (lot B).

Here is this week's question.  It is due on Tuesday March 8 at 8:10 AM.  Please copy the question on a FULL-SIZED piece of binder paper, use the steps of problem solving, and submit it in the IN BOX on or before the due date.

A box of paper holds 8 packages, and one package contains 500 sheets of paper. How many boxes are needed to hold 20 000 sheets of paper?  Justify your thinking.
